Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation and generally shipped within 5–7 working days of order placement.
• Orders placed after 6 PM IST are processed the next business day.
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
• During high-volume periods timelines may extend slightly — we'll keep you updated by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

We deliver pan-India through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC and Shiprocket. After dispatch:

Once your order ships, we send a tracking link by email and/or SMS so you can follow it to your doorstep. Couriers attempt delivery up to three times; if a package returns undelivered, we can reship it after confirming your address (reshipping charges may apply).

Please double-check your address before placing an order. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can delay delivery or lead to cancellation, and reshipping due to address errors may incur additional charges.

Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are generally not accepted — please see our Return & Exchange Policy instead.
