• All jewellery sold on this site is crafted in genuine 925 sterling silver unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Product images are for illustration; minor variations in finish and stone placement may occur as pieces are individually crafted.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices, products and offers at any time without notice. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled with a full refund.

An order is confirmed only once payment is authorised and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability — in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.

All content on this site — including the Axora Life name, logo, product designs, photography and text — is owned by or licensed to Abhay Techno Services Private Limited and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axora Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
